We at  High Rock Hideaways, would like to welcome you to
our  Cabins and hope your stay is an enjoyable one.
Listed below are our Policies.

Special nights :
Minimum stay for a Friday or Saturday reservation is 2 nights at the
higher rate for both nights.
Holidays will be with a minimum 2 day stay unless otherwise stated.
All lower rates during the week are based upon a 2 night stay . If
you only book 1 night there will be 20.00 added.
When booking online , Your totals will not be correct if the above
conditions apply and your reservation will be refigured and corrected
upon us receiving the reservation request in our office.

Cabin Rental Requirements :
Minimum age is 18 to make a reservation.
We will need a major credit card on file for you.
Reservations need to be paid in full at time of reservation.
Any damages will be charged to your credit card.
Please check your cabin and let us know if there are any problems
when you check in.
Pets :
No Pets allowed in any of our cabins !
Smoking :
Smoking is not allowed in our cabins but, we do provide ashtrays on
the porches.
Hot Tubs :
Hot Tubs have care instructions posted beside them . Please follow
all rules as this is an amenity that our guests enjoy and we want to
keep providing this service.
Winter Conditions :
During winter months , we do plow the drives and try our best to
keep them free of ice and snow. Power outages happen from time to
time. We will try to reschedule any reservation that is already made
if this happens. No refunds will be given due to Mother Nature.
Hunting :
No Firearms , Fireworks, or Paint Ball Allowed on the property.
Hunting is not allowed on the property without a proper hunting
package offered by High Rock Hideaways.
Check In & Check out Times :
Check in is from 4PM to 6PM
for late check ins , please contact our office for instructions.

Check out is 11AM . No late check outs will be allowed due to having
time to properly clean for the next guests. For check outs just leave
the key on the table and lock the door behind you.
Rates:
All cabin rates are based upon 2 person occupancy . In order to
have a peaceful stay here at High Rock Hideaways , we do not allow
visitors.
Cancellations :
Reservations cancelled up to 30 days prior will be refunded at 90%
Reservations cancelled up to 14 days prior will be refunded at 75%
Reservations cancelled up to 3 days prior will be refunded at 50%
Reservations cancelled within 2 days will not receive a refund.
